Once the complaint is ripe, it is transferred to Meeting Section. Thereafter all the requirements are fulfilled, an agenda of cases is prepared and Notices to the parties are issued accordingly as per the schedule of Inquiry Committee Meetings. Calendar of Meetings is uploaded on the website. Cases are listed for hearing in the agenda of Inquiry Committee and the same is also uploaded on the website. The Inquiry Committee takes up the cases and based on the merit of the case gives its recommendation to the Council.
